Requirements for admission:

Basic Nursing Assistant Training Program REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION: Applicant must have high school diploma or GED, unless currently enrolled. If currently enrolled applicants must be at least 16 years of age and proof of enrollment in high school or GED program. Must have valid social security card. Program requires proof of immunizations for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and a negative TB skin test within the last 8 months. A chest x-ray is required if there is a history of a positive TB test. Applicants must successfully complete the finger printing and criminal background check process. Applicants must be in physical condition that will allow them to be standing for hours and lifting patient’s. If applicant is pregnant, they must provide a medical release signed by their doctor.
